Ukraine launched the new EWA GROW intake for women founders in agrifood, implemented by Radar Tech within the broader EIT Food framework. The program is positioned as a practical acceleration track for early-stage ideas and young businesses that need structured mentoring and market-focused scaling support.
The 2026 cycle in Ukraine is expected to select 10 participants for a six-month hybrid format. It combines one-to-one mentor work, online learning blocks, and offline events in Kyiv, with a strong focus on business modeling, finance planning, and go-to-market execution.
What participants receive
- Personal mentoring and targeted training sessions.
- Support in strategy, marketing, and financial planning.
- Access to the wider European EIT Food innovation community.
- Final grants of €10,000 and €5,000 for top solutions.
Eligibility criteria include Ukrainian residency, age 18+, and an agrifood idea or business under three years old registered in Ukraine. The program also sets an upper threshold for prior grant or investment funding of the same idea, which keeps the focus on early growth-stage teams.
