The minister of foreign trade and development of Finland, Ville Tavio, instructed to start developing a plan. Work on the project of assistance to Ukraine includes improving cooperation between the countries, involvement of Finnish enterprises in the restoration of Ukraine, development of consulting services, and determination of financial opportunities. After implementing this paragraph of the plan, Finland provides in-depth financial training. It is noted that this will be long-term assistance, so you need to evaluate the possibility of attracting funds from the country.
"We continue to provide Ukraine with our strong support against Russian aggression. At the same time, we are preparing to rebuild an independent and democratic Ukraine. This work requires close and systematic cooperation between different parties," Ville Tavio said.
The size of the investments the Finnish government plans to attract from the budget, funds and private organisations is still unknown. However, the country of northern Europe tirelessly supports Ukraine. The country has already provided support to Kyiv for €1.7 billion.
