FM Logistic Ukraine will invest $25-30 million in the construction of the fifth phase of a logistics complex with an area of 20,000 square meters. The facility was built using the latest technologies for energy saving and operational efficiency.

FM Logistic Ukraine is part of the international group of companies FM Logistic — a family business that was founded in 1967 in France. The company owns 180 warehouses with a total area of ​​4 million square meters, in 14 countries of the world in Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

The CEO of FM Logistic Ukraine Sebastien Lardellier said that the company is planning to expand the area in Ukraine to 80 thousand square meters.

FM Logistic has been operating in Ukraine since 1996. During this time, the company has invested over €50 million in the construction of its own logistics center with a capacity of 60 thousand square meters in, as well as in the introduction of the latest technologies, the development and training of employees.

The company's areas of activity in Ukraine: retail, food products, fresh products, consumer goods and personal hygiene products, luxury goods and cosmetics, industrial products and electronics, medical products.

FM Logistic Ukraine has created over 900 jobs in Ukraine.

The company is also gradually strengthening measures for sustainable development, environmental protection, transformation of its own warehouse operations into carbon-neutral (zero emissions). Currently, CO2 emissions from FM Logistic facilities have already decreased by 17% between 2018 and 2020.

Logistics is an important industry for the Ukrainian economy. There is an increase in the volume of industrial production and an increase in foreign trade turnover in Ukraine, which create a positive impact on logistics.
