The president of Lithuania arrived in the capital of Ukraine to support the country on a momentous day – the Day of the Constitution of Ukraine. The politician will participate in events dedicated to the 27th anniversary of the approval of the highest normative legal act of independent Ukraine.
Neuseda also plans to meet with president Zelenskyy. The meeting will address issues of Ukraine's accession to NATO and the European Union. The 2 heads of state will discuss the main points of their address at the upcoming NATO summit in Vilnius. Recall that the meeting of European leaders will be held in July.
In addition, Gitanas Nauseda and Volodymyr Zelenskyy will consider further opportunities to confront the Russian invaders and strengthen support. Lithuanian president Nauseda arrived in Kyiv from The Hague. There leaders of European countries discussed further support for Ukraine. It is already known that Lithuania is ready to provide new military assistance to the armed forces of Ukraine. According to Nauseda, Lithuania has already bought 2 units of NASAMS to strengthen the Ukrainian army.
