Russians are not shy about it and have already made the first statements about Ukrainians. Ukrainian children forcibly taken to the territory of Russia would be to learn Russian in special camps. On April 13, the advisor to the head of the ministry of internal affairs in Ukraine, Anton Herashchenko, posted such information on his official page on Telegram.
His statement is based on the speech of the deputy of the lower house of the federal assembly of the Russian Federation.
"Many children do not speak Russian enough to master our general education program. In the summer, the department will organize courses. Counselors, students, and high school students will be included in the work with these children," said the deputy.
It should be noted that Ukrainian schools study the Russian language and literature. Therefore, children can not be unfamiliar with the language of the strange aggressor. Moreover, such camps would violate human rights, the child's rights in the first place. Children have the right to rest and leisure, and play — article 30 of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Law on the Protection of the Rights of the Child indicate this.
