On April 2, the Ministry of reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories reported that internally displaced persons and persons who were in Russian captivity can receive vouchers for studying at Ukrainian universities. Vouchers fully or partially cover the cost of studying at a higher professional or higher education institution. There are 70 specialities in which these categories of citizens can obtain a master's degree, obtain or improve their qualifications. These measures will help citizens find employment and rebuild their lives.
The list of directions in which adult unemployed citizens can receive vouchers are posted on the portal of the State Employment Service.
