Convenient Diia application for almost everyone in the mobile application. The most popular platform for smartphones with a coverage rate of 54% among Android users. These are the data of the study of the most popular mobile applications in Ukraine in September 2021.
At the moment, the Diia application has 8.6 million users. More than 1 million Ukrainians use Diia every day.
“These results show that the state is gradually becoming a convenient service for Ukrainians. Diia is used by more and more people every day. From the initial distrust of society to one of the most popular applications in everyday life. We will continue to work to ensure that Ukrainians receive public services easily, in a few clicks, without bureaucratic red tape," said Mykhailo Fedorov, deputy prime minister and minister of digital transformation of Ukraine.
The Diia app includes public services and a quick and easy search for information. 12 digital documents, including the world's first official digital passport. There are also 12 services available in the application. One of the most popular now is to obtain COVID certificates. They have already been generated by more than 4 million Ukrainians.
The Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine continues to improve the application and add more services that can be obtained in a few clicks. The new services will be presented at the Diia Summit, which will take place this fall.
