The growth of the industry is due to the implementation of the program for the restoration of roads and the intensification of housing construction.
“One of the factors of positive dynamics that we observe in the field of construction is the increase in the pace of implementation of large-scale construction projects aimed at improving transport infrastructure. This year, the funding of the state road fund has almost doubled compared to last year, which allowed it to perform a much larger amount of work on the construction and rehabilitation of roads," said the first deputy minister of the economy of Ukraine Volodymyr Hryniuk.
Ukrainians began to invest more in the construction of their own housing, which stimulated the intensification of the real estate market. According to the State statistics service, since the beginning of the year, the volume of housing construction has increased by 18.4%.
