This was announced by the minister of development of communities and territories of Ukraine Oleksii Chernyshov during a working trip to the Sumy region.
"Within the framework of the president's Big Construction Program, 11 construction projects are being implemented in the Sumy region this year. Building social infrastructure is a priority and an important component of effective regional development," said Oleksii Chernyshov, minister of community and territorial development of Ukraine.
In particular, during his visit to the Sumy region, minister Oleksii Chernyshov inspected the construction of a new kindergarten in Sumy. The project envisages the construction of a three-storey building equipped with medical and food units, a gym, a swimming pool and games rooms.
Separately, the minister visited the renovated Trostyanets city hospital. The institution underwent major repairs in the therapeutic, obstetric and gynecological, radiological departments, as well as in the ultrasound and endoscopy rooms. The department for providing medical care to patients with COVID-19 has been renovated. At the final stage — thermal modernization of the institution. Savings on heating due to insulation is 20%.
