The inter-governmental organization currently includes Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Moldova, and Georgia. Today's countries that participated in the negotiations are united by more than that community. Recently, the thirtieth anniversary of official relations between countries was celebrated. This helped prime minister of Ukraine Shmyhal Denys and prime minister of Azerbaijan Aly Asadov find compromises.
Thus, the organization's next meeting is planned to be held in Kyiv. Denys Shmyhal offered to bring representatives of countries to the capital of Ukraine but to discuss and approve in detail at a preparatory meeting in Baku.
The parties also assessed the possibility of transit of goods between Europe-the Caucasus-Asia. The Ukrainian side proposed to develop goods transportation both by rail and by sea.
At the end of the meeting, the Ukrainian politician invited Aly Asadov to several commemorative events dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the Holocaust. Asadov thanked for the invitation and reiterated respect for the traditions of different countries and the importance of the GUAM.
