The Energy Efficiency Fund is a state-owned company that provides grants and the implementation of engineering projects for the creation of energy-efficient housing in the best European traditions.
According to the website of the government of Ukraine, the country's budget for 2022 includes $980 million to increase the authorized capital of the Energy Efficiency Fund. This year it became possible due to the funds of the 2021 budget.
The total amount of the authorized capital is $106 million. From this money, the Fund pays grants to the participants of the Energodom (Energyhouse — author’s note) program.
As of September 10 of this year, the Fund received 759 applications for the Energodom energy modernization program. 606 applications out of the total number have already passed to the final stage of design and implementation work.
