In January August, Ukraine imported 13,06 million tons of ore.
According to the State customs service, the amount of imported coal and anthracite brought the country $1,33 million, exceeding the 2020 figure by 8,7% — $1,22 billion.
For comparison, Russia imported $816,08 million, the United States — $299,02 million (share in imports — 22,56%), Kazakhstan — $145,42 million (share in imports 10,97%), other countries with a total share in imports of 4,9% - by $6,01).
In January-August 2021, the export of Ukrainian coal of 0,9 thousand tons for $0,13 million, in particular in:
- Slovakia — $0,11 million;
- Hungary — $0,01 million;
- Bulgaria — $0,01 million;
- Other countries — by $ 0,01 million.
The same period of 2020 was characterized by exports of 1,95 thousand tons for $015 million, in particular in:
- Poland — $0,14 million;
- Moldova — $0,01 million.
