Ukraine and France are long-standing partners in the field of trade. For the last 5 years, there has been a trend towards greater participation in the share of exports from France and imports from Ukraine. Experts from both countries agreed on equalizing ownership and transforming the supply chains of food and private goods between countries.
"The volume of French exports to Ukraine remains in the range of $1.4-1.7 billion, while exports from Ukraine have gradually increased since 2017 from $419 million to $900 million in 2021," Dmytro Los, chairman of the board of UBTA.
According to UBTA's analysis, the total turnover is below the possible volume, which, in a way, is a positive signal: "Which means that there is still a lot of room for growth."
The parties named the European green deal, the exchange of IT developments and digital education as tools and ways for the joint development of states.
