“InSoft Partners” bought 25% of “Cloudfresh” with Ukrainian-Czech founders

Another 10% of "Cloudfresh" was acquired by a syndicate partner of the "Belkins" investment company

Investment management company InSoft Partners has completed the purchase of 25% of Cloudfresh, which was founded in 2017 by Ukrainian entrepreneurs Bogdan Kubenko and Oleg Maksimovich, as well as a Czech citizen Radek Levicek.

The parties do not disclose the purchase amount and other terms of the transaction. According to experts, Cloudfresh's revenue is $14 million per year.

Cloudfresh is a premium partner of global brands such as Google Cloud, Asana, Zendesk and re-sells, migrates, implements and integrates products from these vendors.

Vitaly Gorovoy, founder of InSoft Partners, noted that Cloudfresh is already a significant player in a number of markets. InSoft's goal in this partnership is to structure the business and build a system for significant scalability.

At the moment, the company has more than 1000 active SMB and Enterprise clients and representative offices in Ukraine, Poland, Qatar, Russia, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic.

Bogdan Kubenko, the founder of Cloudfresh, in turn, is confident that the partnership with InSoft and Belkins the company will be able to solve strategic and operational tasks at the same time, as well as open up new opportunities for its employees.

InSoft Partners is an operating business accelerator. The company buys a stake in IT businesses with sales of $3- $15 million, gets involved in operational processes on a daily basis and helps businesses grow both organically and inorganically (through M&A deals).

Belkins is an international marketing agency dedicated to the full cycle of sales and business development, including lead generation, marketing, sales, B2B and brand development.
