Ukraine allocates almost a million dollars for the restoration of CHP in Okhtyrka, Kremenchug and Chernihiv towns

As the prime minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal reported, he visited the CHP in the Chernihiv region. This heating plant is currently destroyed and stopped functioning due to severe damage caused by the actions of the Russian army. With Shmyhal's words. 15 important objects were damaged at the station, which must be restored and put into operation before the start of the firing season in Ukraine.

"The damage is significant, that's why the government allocates an additional ₴100 million to carry out the necessary repairs and purchase equipment for this heating plant," Denys Shmyhal.

The same amounts have been allocated for the restoration of stations in Kremenchug and Okhyrka to provide heat to the citizens of Ukraine.

We remind you that Dmytro Lunin, the head of the Poltava regional military administration, stated the need to restore the Kremenchug CHP before the cold weather begins in Ukraine (mid-October). The estimated amount for the station's restoration is approximately ₴800 million. Funds will be taken from regional subsidies and the involvement of private investors.
