Stronger Frontline Communications with New IT Equipment
On April 21, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine received its latest €2 million shipment from the IT Coalition, funded by Luxembourg and Iceland. This marks the coalition’s third delivery of 2025, following previous contributions of €3.3 million in January and €7.5 million in February from Estonia, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.

The IT Coalition operates under the Ramstein Contact Group to strengthen Ukraine’s IT, communications, and cybersecurity. Its members include:
