According to the Ministry of economy, Caris plans to build a factory in Ukraine for the production of environmentally friendly bumpers from recycled plastic. 

After the meeting of the deputy minister of economy, Irina Novikova with the president of Caris Co., Ltd. Yu Cholem, the growing interest in the new mechanism of state support for investment projects by investors was discussed. 

“We hope that this project will be able to take advantage of new state support for investment projects with significant investments, as it provides $ 60 million. investment and job creation. Investment projects that take into account environmental issues are important for us, ” the deputy minister noted. 

Caris is a company that develops and manufactures products for road safety. Mainly road fences, dividing strips, and protective barriers made of polyvinyl chloride. The organization has offices in 11 countries, one of which is located in Ukraine.

Caris has been investing in Ukraine since 2020 and during this time has managed to sign a contract for the construction of a plant for the production of road fences and buy a construction company in Ukraine.

In 2020, Caris signed a contract to build a road guardrail plant, according to the company's website. The cost of the plant was estimated at $ 100 million. Later, Caris bought a construction company in Ukraine and integrated construction licenses.
