According to the documents adopted in Vilnius during the NATO meeting, the government of Kosovo will ensure the security of Ukraine. Prime minister Albina Kurti noted that the country will contribute to Ukrainian stability. Recall that security guarantees, according to the NATO declaration, include economic, military, and humanitarian support, including in the country's reconstruction after the Russian full-scale war.
"Ensuring Ukraine's victory and bringing Russian leaders to justice for their crimes are important for preserving peace and democracy," Albina Kurti.
Kosovo supported the document because it believes the Russian War is not only a threat to Ukraine. Kurti said the Kremlin's aggression has spread beyond Ukraine. First, Moscow threatens the democracy and international security of the entire world. Secondly, the consequences of missile attacks, mined seas and blasted stations have affected the world as a whole.
"Russia is trying to destabilise the western Balkans with the help of its main autocratic regional allies," Albina Kurti.
Recall that the countries began to sign the declaration on security guarantees for Ukraine actively. Already 25 countries are ready to provide long-term support due to the Russian military aggression throughout the territory of Ukraine.
