Kyiv Presents “MADE IN KYIV” at Riga FOOD 2025
From September 4 to 6, 2025, Riga hosted the international exhibition Riga FOOD 2025, one of the largest food industry events in the Baltic region. Kyiv was represented by a collective stand MADE IN KYIV, where 10 food and packaging manufacturers from the capital presented their products on an area of 36 m².
The stand became a vibrant hub for presentations, negotiations, and networking, confirming the strong international interest in Ukrainian producers.
Official Opening and Delegations
The official opening of the Kyiv stand was attended by:

Anatoliy Kutsevol, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to Latvia,

Māris Sprindžuks, Vice Mayor of Riga,

Hanna Starostenko, Deputy Head of the Kyiv City State Administration,

Anatoliy Bagan, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development of the Kyiv City State Administration.
Their participation emphasized the importance of Ukrainian-Latvian cooperation and the role of Kyiv enterprises in building new business bridges.
Business Forum of Ukrainian-Latvian Cooperation
On September 5, the exhibition also hosted the Business Forum of Ukrainian-Latvian Cooperation, jointly organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine and Trade House Ukraina.
The forum created a platform for Ukrainian and Latvian companies to discuss joint projects, logistics opportunities, and investment partnerships. The atmosphere of the event confirmed the high interest in Ukrainian business and the readiness of international partners for deeper cooperation.
Export Potential of Kyiv Companies
According to Anatoliy Bagan, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development of the Kyiv City State Administration:
“The results of Kyiv's participation in Riga FOOD 2025 confirm that the capital's business has great export potential and is able to compete in international markets. We see high interest in the products of Kyiv companies and are confident that the contacts initiated here will grow into stable partnerships.”
