At the end of 2022, the Ukrainian parliament created a specialized list of territories that were occupied, de-occupied, and where hostilities are still taking place. The list is regularly adapted in accordance with the current situation throughout the territory of our country.
In accordance with the order of the Ministry for the reintegration of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, certain changes were made to the list on January 13. On January 16, the order was registered. And on January 20, the Ministry published information according to which Kyiv is no longer included in the territories of Ukraine where hostilities may resume.
