Ukrainian developer WINHUB and White Star Real Estate have agreed to jointly develop a large industrial and logistics park in the village of Mriia, Kyiv region. The project is valued at about eighty million dollars and is expected to begin after regulatory approvals are secured.
The complex will provide approximately ninety thousand square meters of class-A warehouse and industrial space on an eighteen-hectare site. Development is planned in five stages. The first phase covers around twenty thousand square meters and is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2027.
Location linked to European corridors
The site lies about seven kilometers from Kyiv along the E40 Kyiv–Zhytomyr highway. This position gives direct access to routes connecting the capital with western Ukraine and the European Union, making the park relevant for distribution, manufacturing and recovery-related logistics.
The partners expect international financial institutions and contractors to participate. White Star Real Estate brings experience in Central and Eastern European property development, while WINHUB specializes in Ukrainian warehouse projects.
The investment reflects rising demand for modern logistics infrastructure even during the war. New class-A space can improve inventory management, shorten delivery routes and support companies preparing for trade growth and reconstruction.
