Ministry of Economy Launches Pulse Widget for Direct Business Feedback

New digital tool allows entrepreneurs to report obstacles in real time, strengthening Ukraine’s investment climate and regulatory transparency

A New Step in Digital Transformation

The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine has launched Pulse, a digital widget designed to improve communication between business and the state. The tool enables entrepreneurs to quickly report barriers, receive responses, and influence systemic reforms.

Deputy Minister Oleksandr Tsybort emphasized that Pulse builds a direct channel of feedback, helping the government analyze problems by region and sector, and ensuring prompt reactions from relevant state bodies.

How Pulse Works

Through the Pulse widget, businesses can:

  • Submit complaints about obstacles in operations,

  • Track issues across regions and industries,

  • Contribute to policy decisions that remove systemic barriers.

Using the tool is simple:

  1. Visit the Ministry of Economy’s website,

  2. Click on the Pulse widget on the right-hand panel,

  3. Rate and describe the issue in detail.

Toward a Transparent Business Environment

Previously, Pulse was piloted in six regions as a CRM system for handling business requests, and also integrated into the taxpayer’s office. The nationwide rollout expands its functionality and makes it a central instrument for regulatory improvement.

The Ministry encourages entrepreneurs to actively use the service, stressing that real-time feedback will form the basis of future reforms and the creation of a transparent, investor-friendly business climate.

Strategic Importance for Investors

  • Direct communication channel between business and government, reducing bureaucratic friction.

  • Part of Ukraine’s digital governance reforms, which already include the Diya.Business platform and the planned online entrepreneur’s office.

  • Signals to international investors that Ukraine is serious about regulatory transparency, deregulation, and reducing corruption risks.

Conclusion:
The launch of Pulse marks another milestone in Ukraine’s digital economic governance. By enabling businesses to report challenges directly, the government strengthens trust, transparency, and predictability — key factors for attracting foreign investment and accelerating Ukraine’s post-war economic recovery.
