According to a study by CHESNO, the majority of these legislative initiatives were concentrated on economic and legal policies, as well as sectoral development.
Breakdown of Legislative Initiatives:
- Economic Policy: 29%
- Legal Policy: 24%
- Sectoral Development: 19%
- Social Policy: 8%
- State Construction: 6%
- Security and Defense: 5.9%
- Humanitarian Policy: 3.2%
The study highlights that economic policy led the legislative agenda, accounting for nearly a third of all draft laws. Legal policy followed closely, representing nearly a quarter of the initiatives. Sectoral development also comprised a significant portion of the legislative efforts.
Adoption of Laws: The majority of the laws that were adopted also pertained to economic and legal policies. Specifically:
- Economic Policy: 25% of all adopted legislative changes
- Legal Policy: 17% of all adopted legislative changes
These findings underscore the Rada-9's emphasis on shaping Ukraine's economic landscape and legal framework, reflecting priorities in governance and development over the past five years.
