Member of the board of Ukrzaliznytsia Vyacheslav Eremin said that the company is finishing the development of a special project proposal for its business clients. Companies that use the services of Ukrzaliznytsia to transport their goods across Ukraine and abroad will soon be able to count on an exclusive "product".
"Let's start talking to the shipper in a language he understands. We fully understand our customer base and are trying to make the product the same for everyone in every category," Vyacheslav Eremin.
Already, the company is at the final stage of developing an extended CRM for its customers: security checks are being completed, and testing has begun. A release is expected by the end of 2023.
After Russia destroyed thousands of km of roads and hundreds of bridges in Ukraine, the logistical burden on the railway increased. Compared to June 2022, in June 2023, the level of railway cargo transportation increased by 45.7%. The average load of Ukrzaliznytsia increased to 390.400 tons per day, which is 26.2% higher than the same period in 2022.
