A new package of sanctions from America and the European Union will primarily change the lives of ordinary people. On March 11, several companies, British Tobacco and Herbalife, announced the closure of their operations in Russia. British Tobacco provides in Russia cigarettes Kent, Vogue, Rothmans, tobacco heating systems, and others.
The United States government has prohibited the exportation of the country to the aggressor:
- Alcohol;
- Diamonds;
- Expensive clothes;
- Automobiles;
- Caviar and other luxury items.
The United States will also no longer send dollars to Russia.
The European Union has joined the new sanctions. They will also stop exporting luxury goods to Russia, as well as consider several restrictions.
