According to Oleksandr Bulba, CEO of Nova Poshta, the constant expansion of the network is one of the strategic tasks of the company. According to Nova Poshta's plan, branches should be located so that any Ukrainian can reach the nearest branch within 5-10 minutes on foot. In 2021 alone, the company opened more than 1.900 new branches and installed more than 9.000 post offices.
The company pays special attention to the development of a contactless delivery channel – delivery locker. They are installed in porches, shops, gas stations, shopping malls, etc. So far, more than 11.000 posts have been installed in various cities of Ukraine.
In 2022, the delivery company plans to create about 1.000 new post offices, and launch a new format of deliveries, namely, business offices for corporate clients. Such offices will provide a full range of services for business clients: sending and receiving parcels and goods, packing shipments, financial services. Already in December, the company opens its first test office in Cherkasy, but by the end of next year, it is planned to open such offices in each regional center of Ukraine.
