The law's full name is On the prohibition of propaganda of the Russian Nazi totalitarian regime, an act of aggression against Ukraine by the Russian Federation as a terrorist state, symbols that are used by the armed and other military formations of the Russian Federation in the war against Ukraine.
The law defines the concept of a terrorist state and propaganda symbols. According to the law, Russia is a terrorist state because it invaded our state, commits daily crimes against Ukrainians, and violated all conventions on the rules of war and human rights.
The symbols Z and V, which primarily have a functional meaning and symbolize the destination of the Russian tank, have already taken on a propaganda form among war fans. From now on, the use of these symbols for propaganda and pro-Russian purposes is prohibited by law.
