The initiator of the issue of the stamp with the president of Ukraine was the deputy of the city council of Krakow, Lukasz Wantuch.
Polish state postal operator Poczta Polska printed stamps with a profile of president Zelensky and a QR code. According to Lukasz Wantuch, the price for the stamp did not stop the buyers, and the demand for them exceeded all expectations. So far, a second edition is not planned.
"The price of one stamp is zł 500 (a set of zł 4500). This price is only valid for a few days. And then it will rise. And if I can complete the entire plan, I will stop selling it, and it will only be available at auctions. As always, the entire amount goes for the purchase of humanitarian aid for Ukraine", Lukasz Vantuch.
1 stamp was presented to Volodymyr Zelenskyy and another 1 to Andrii Sadovoy, mayor of Lviv.
