Poland to Insure War Risks in Ukraine

"KUKE" export credit agency is considering the possibility of insuring foreign investors when starting a business in Ukraine

Private investment is one of the central sources of income in Ukraine's recovery. It is important to understand that Ukraine's "post-war" restoration must begin today. And for this, it is important to insure investors against losses and risks following the war.

The Ministry of economy of Ukraine and Polish MP Jadwiga Emilewicz, responsible for the Ukrainian-Polish issue, discussed attracting Polish and other international businessmen to the Ukrainian market. In order to support investors, the involvement of the Polish export credit agency KUKE to insure war risks for those who will invest in the reconstruction of our country without waiting for the end of the war is being considered.

The parties also discussed the simplification of business conditions for Poles in Ukraine and vice versa.
