Cars that use electric motors instead of internal combustion engines are a step towards an environmentally friendly and smart future not only in Ukraine but all over the world. This is due to the preservation of the planet's ecology, economy, comfort and silence.
The National Transport Strategy of Ukraine until 2030 envisages encouraging owners of cars with an internal combustion engine to change their transport to cars with an electric motor. The goal of the strategy is to increase the share of electric cars and electric public transport to 75% by 2030 in Ukraine.
The Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine has initiated and joined the development of key changes in state building codes regarding the placement of electric chargers on roads. To improve the infrastructure in the near future will develop amendments to laws and develop plans to improve the state building codes of Ukraine, amend the legislation of Ukraine and create an All-Ukrainian base of the network of electric chargers. Conditions will also be created for the installation of charging stations on all public roads in Ukraine so that owners of electric cars can move freely over long distances.
Also, one of the main tasks of the Ministry is to create conditions in Ukraine for the start of production of electric vehicles. Create attractive conditions for large manufacturers of the automotive industry to build their factories and cars in Ukraine. Ukraine can start mass production of electric cars, following other countries that have their own car production. This will improve the economic performance of the regions and provide jobs for Ukrainians.
