This was announced by minister of foreign affairs of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba. The procedure for admitting foreign travelers to the territory of Portugal, France and Spain will be carried out in accordance with the recommendations of the Council of the European Union.
Ukrainians are allowed to enter the mainland of Portugal by any means temporarily: from midnight on July 26 until the end of the day on August 8. To enter the EU, you must provide one of the following documents:
- a negative PCR test for Covid-19, taken no more than 72 hours before entry (does not apply to children under 12);
- rapid test for antibodies to COVID-19 (TRAg), made no more than 48 hours before entry.
Entry is also permitted if you have a valid Covid certificate issued in any EU country (in paper or electronic form).
Ukrainians arriving in mainland Portugal must fill out an online form. In Madeira, all passengers, regardless of the country of departure, must fill out an online form on the Madeira Safe platform, in the Azores — on the platform My Safe Azores.
In France, only a document confirming vaccination is required at the border and a declaration of no symptoms of Covid-19 and/or no contact with persons with Covid-19 is required.
Spain has been open for Ukrainians since the beginning of the day on July 27. All travelers must complete the health control form on arrival on the Spanish Ministry of health portal and receive a QR code for all subsequent procedures during the inspection.
