The global consumer goods market leader, Procter & Gamble, has delivered modern beds to Ukraine. New medical beds were a gift for a new hospital department in Pokrov, a small town in Ukraine. A new department for patients with Covid-19 was recently opened. So comfortable beds equipped with bumpers, castors, and lifting mechanisms will be placed in the wards soon. The gift from the American company will take place in the wards and offices of anesthesiology and intensive therapy of the new department.
Not a first aid from an American company
Procter & Gamble has already helped Ukraine. And most surprisingly, their help was also transferred to the city mentioned above. Caritas Ukraine’s international charitable foundation recently held a social action Care for Every Home. And within the framework of this action, the territorial center of social service of Pokrov received charitable help. Assistance was received in the form of 11 tons of detergents and disinfectants.
It will be recalled that such a large-scale gift for this small town is an aid for only a few months because almost 400 people registered in this territorial center as socially vulnerable. These include people with disabilities, the elderly, and people in difficult life circumstances.
