The development of energy has a decisive impact on the state of the economy in the country and the living standards of the population. The goal of the welfare state, which according to the constitution is Ukraine, should be to provide conditions for increasing the welfare of citizens. One of the most important components of well-being in civilized countries is to provide citizens and companies with the necessary energy resources.
