A new modernized administrative service center has been opened in Drohobych. Thanks to this, more than 122 thousand Ukrainians gained access to modern public service. This is the third Diia.center in the Lviv region and the 20th in Ukraine.
Diia.centers work according to uniform quality standards and provide not only the most necessary administrative services, but also additional services. In this way, people will be able to satisfy all their requests in one visit.
From now on, Drohobych residents will be able to receive more than 400 administrative services and complex ID-14 services in a single space. In addition, the Diia.center has a place with access to the Diia portal, where administrators help generate a COVID certificate and teach visitors to receive government services online.
Services in Diia.center can be obtained quickly, because there is an electronic queue and document sharing, and all employees use e-document management. Coworking and a children’s play area are also available for visitors.
