The liberation of the Kyiv region from the occupiers gave Ukrainians hope for the future. Russian troops failed to capture Kyiv and its authority, so the inhabitants of the region are massively returning home even despite the precautions of the politicians. Residents of the region are ready to rebuild the streets and repair their homes.
According to the large portal for housing search and construction in Ukraine Lun.ua, the market for new buildings is resumed. The interest of Ukrainians in homes has aroused in almost all regions of the country when comparing the first and sixth weeks of the war. People are interested in the western part of Ukraine.
It is also noted that Ukrainians are again interested in apartments. They began to invest in constructing multi-story houses in Odesa, Khmelnytskyi, Uzhhorod, and Lviv.
In particular, the Lviv region plans to build an industrial park Agro.Food.Tech Park. This project has no analogs in Ukraine. Told by the head of the regional administration, Maksym Kozytskyi.

- Business park;
- Kindergarten and school;
- Residential houses;
- Shopping and entertainment center.
This project should help companies that were near the fighting zone and had to move.
