In 2021, Ukraine launched a program for the privatisation of state-owned facilities. Thus, funds are received in the budget, and objects/territories receive a second wind and begin to be useful.
The State property fund of Ukraine has prepared a new list of small objects, which in 2023 will be transferred to private ownership through the Prozorro platform. The first 7 lots have already been published and are available for consideration before the auction, which will take place in January next year. Specifically, the state is transferring a laboratory building, an administrative building, a veterinary laboratory facility and several utility rooms, as well as the foundation of a non-residential building, into new business opportunities.
By the end of this year, 28 more online auctions will be held. 19 auctions were held during the auctions between December 5-11, and the treasury of Ukraine was replenished by more than $273.000.
