On June 21, the 1st day of the Ukraine Recovery 2023 conference was held. A summary of all the funding, guarantees and opportunities that Great Britain provided to Ukraine.
- Credit guarantees for the recovery of Ukraine in the amount of up to $3 billion;
- £250milion to rebuild Ukraine's infrastructure through the International Development Fund;
- Creation of an investor insurance program and £20 million for the insurance itself;
- £26.3 million for the reconstruction of 6 transport bridges in the Kyiv region;
- £45 million contribution to Ukraine's energy reconstruction program in the next 2 years;
- United Kingdom and G7 in the field of green energy development in Ukraine;
- The signing of the Ukrainian Business Compact with the participation of more than 400 international companies and 38 states;
- Creation of TechBridge and Business Bridge Ukraine programs, the purpose of which is to support commerce in Ukraine;
- £12 million to the Partnership for a Strong Ukraine fund, which monitors the situation in the recently de-occupied territories of Ukraine and provides the necessary assistance;
- £25 million to the International Finance Corporation;
- £15 million to fight corruption;
- £2 million for the digitisation of Ukraine's reconstruction processes;
- The assistance of the Tax and customs service of Great Britain in optimising the work of the State tax service of Ukraine.
Today is the 2nd and final day of the conference. Ukraine Recovery 2024 will be held in Germany.
