As a result of negotiations between Ukraine and Russia in Turkey on March 29, the aggressor party undertook to withdraw troops from Kyiv and Chernihiv region. According to the adviser to the head of the Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine, Vadym Denisenko, there is no decrease in military activity near Kyiv. From March 29 to 30, military operations were conducted all that night near Kyiv and, in particular, in Irpin.
