On 30 October, a movement plan was agreed upon for 16 vessels in Turkish waters — 4 vessels at the entrance to ports and 12 at the exit. The tripartite agreement was developed within the framework of the grain agreement. Recall that Russia stopped the passage of ships with grain, accusing Ukraine of a drone attack. Due to such Russian accusations, 218 ships transporting goods from Ukraine were blocked.
3 delegations met to resolve the problem without Russia. They agreed to allow 16 ships to pass through the "green corridor" on 31 October. To prevent a second conviction by Russia, 40 courts will be inspected by special inspections. Russia did not participate in this agreement, but the Istanbul coordination centre informed about the plans of the Russian Federation. This was reported in the press service of the Turkish office.
"To continue the (grain — ed.) initiative, it was suggested that the delegations of Turkey and the United Nations should provide 10 teams to inspect 40 outgoing vessels. The plan was accepted by the delegation of Ukraine, and the delegation of Russia was warned," the Joint coordination centre reported.
