According to Giuliani Smith, so far there is no reason to believe that Russia plans to focus on offensive operations within the Donetsk and Luhansk regions. She stated this on CNN.
"What we can say for sure is that the Russians failed to achieve the original plans. First of all, this plan was to take Kyiv in a few days. Given this, Russia is reviewing plans, they hinted that they may change tactics. But it will become clear in time. Together with our partners and the Government of Ukraine, we will monitor the situation and record possible changes."
According to Vadym Denysenko, an adviser to the head of the Ministry of internal affairs of Ukraine, enemy invaders have begun destroying Ukraine's oil and food supplies. He also said that the RF began to gather new troops to the Ukrainian border, which could mean the imminent start of new attempts by the Russian army to move deep into Ukrainian territory.
Also, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that the enemy is pulling Iskanders to the border of Ukraine from Belarus.
