The head of the Ukrainian Air Force, Yuriy Ignat, said that Ukrainian pilots are already at the military bases of the countries participating in the Air coalition. The start of training on F-16 fighters will take place, presumably, within a month. First in Denmark, then in other countries that joined the Air coalition.
The program will include the study of the technical characteristics and capabilities of the fighter, control features and, of course, practical piloting.
On June 26, the political leadership of Denmark announced that the training of Ukrainian pilots had already begun. And there is a possibility that Ukraine will receive the F-16 from Denmark, even 2 years ahead of schedule.
