On June 22, Olaf Scholz addressed the German parliament. The chancellor unequivocally declared that Germany would not abandon its support for Ukraine and would continue to supply it with weapons, humanitarian and financial assistance. "Ukraine is getting weapons that it needs, especially at this stage of the war," Scholz said.
Adding that Germany is supplying Ukraine and will continue to supply Ukraine, Scholz continued: "And it is our duty as European neighbors, as defenders of law and freedom, as friends and partners of Ukraine, to support them as best we can."
"We will continue to massively support Ukraine — financially, economically, humanitarianly, politically, and not least with the supply of weapons. For now, Ukraine needs our support."
We remind you that Christine Lambrecht announced the upcoming exercises of the Ukrainian army to work with Mars II rocket launchers. After training, the installations will immediately go to Ukraine.
