Scrap Metal Is More Useful Than Russian-Made Weapons

The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed with a missile the Russian anti-missile station

On July 19, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed another "unique, unparalleled" Russian electronic warfare station, the primary function of which was to detect incoming military shells.

The Russian electronic warfare station Repelent-1 was destroyed near the Kakhovska hydroelectric power station, Kherson region. The 20-ton electronic warfare station is designed to jam drones at a distance of up to 2.5 km and is also capable of picking up radio signals from enemy air targets at a distance of 30-35 km.

"The control point of this station is located in an armoured kung equipped with a system of protection against chemical and bacteriological weapons. Reppelent-1 was first demonstrated in the Russian Federation in September 2016 at a defence exhibition," Serhii Bratchuk, speaker of the Odesa regional military administration.

We remind you that the Russian military system Podlet and the ammunition depot were also destroyed in Nova Kakhovka. Kherson is Ukraine!
