The French embassy in Ukraine reported that French defence minister Sebastien Lecornu arrived in the capital of Ukraine. Accompanied by the French ambassador to Ukraine, Gaël Veyssiere, the minister came to the Wall of Heroes, who died defending Ukraine from occupation and destruction and paid tribute to their memory.
Next, negotiations between Mr. Lecornu and Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Ukraine's new minister of defence, Rustem Umerov, are expected. The British Gaël Veyssiere minister Grant Shapps and Jens Stoltenberg are also in Kyiv right now.
