The service for filling out the declaration for the import of humanitarian products to Ukraine works from anywhere in the world. As soon as the declaration is completed, it is automatically sent to the e-mail. It must be printed out and shown to customs. Individuals who have an electronic signature through the BankID and MobileID services can fill in the declaration in their personal account on the Single Window for International Trade online platform.
A simplified filling procedure will speed up the arrival of cargo to those who urgently need it, as well as reduce congestion at the border.
