On December 13, Ukraine ratified the cooperation agreement with Turkey, dated February 3, 2022.
People's deputy of Ukraine Oleksii Goncharenko announced in his news feed the ratification of agreement No 0161, which is aimed at cooperation and development of states in the fields of high, aviation and space technologies. But the main substantive value of this agreement is that it creates a basis for establishing a production line for Bayraktar in Ukraine.
The agreement on the construction of the Bayrak plant was planned as early as 2021. This year the foundation of the future plant has already been laid, and now the regulatory framework has been created.
