Electronic land auctions have started in Ukraine. The object of the auction — plots for the construction and operation of parking lots and car parks. Options in the form of charging stations for electric vehicles can be added to parking lots. The first 3 land objects are already ready for sale in Kyiv. Further, the number of sites will increase.
The transfer of land relations between the buyer and the seller in digital format is a separate step for the conclusion of transparency and honesty without hidden fees and avoiding tax liabilities. The deputy head of the Kyiv city state administration, Petro Olenich, announced this.
