Thales' main specialization is the development of supernova security and defense products. The collaboration of Ukrainian IT specialists with a French company became known after an official meeting in Paris. Thales’ leaders and Minister of digital transformation in Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov, attended the meeting.
During a business visit to France, a representative from Ukraine learned about the details of the company’s work and its hopes for Ukrainian specialists. The new office will not contradict the previous directions of the company. This means that Ukrainians will continue to develop innovative technologies for security. The new office will also have to contribute to the technological progress of the aerospace industry and logistics.
A French company with offices in 56 countries noted that Ukrainian specialists have great potential. On his return to the country, Mykhailo Fedorov quoted several words of the founders of a large organization.
"The Ukrainian market is exciting. We see the potential for developing and using our cybersecurity products," he said.
It was several months after the meeting. Thales, in turn, took the initiative to open an office and choose a manager. It was the Ukrainian Sergii Romanets.
We would like to point out that the Ukrainian director of the subsidiary Thales was the head of the phytosanitary control sector in the sea trading port Yuzhny, located in the south of Ukraine.
There is an inexhaustible resource in Ukrainians and a desire of foreign companies to discover and develop it. This means that Thales is not the last company to use the mind of Ukrainian specialists.
