State Backs Two Ukrainian Industrial Parks With UAH 200 Million

KRONOSPAN RIVNE and KIT Bucha secure first 2025 grants to accelerate “Made in Ukraine” manufacturing

Program Highlights

  • Leverage ratio: Each state hryvnia aims to attract six hryvnias in private capital.

  • Job creation: One hectare of a fully equipped industrial park can support ≈ 50 new positions.

  • Funding ceiling: Up to UAH 150 million per applicant across one or multiple projects.

  • Cost sharing: Reimburses up to 50 % of construction and grid-connection expenses.

  • Flexible financing: Parks may co-fund with local budgets, loans, or grants; applications accepted annually (deadline 15 Aug 2025).

Developer Obligations

  1. Construct at least 5,000 m² of industrial buildings within three years.

  2. Attract a minimum of two resident enterprises to operate inside the park.


Current National Pipeline

  • UAH 1.2 billion in incentives awarded to 15 parks in 2024.

  • 33 infrastructure projects launched or completed (roads, rail links, power lines, water and sewage networks).

  • 25 factories built or under construction within Ukrainian industrial parks.

  • 100,000 m² of new industrial real estate already delivered; 200 MW of electrical capacity available for incoming manufacturers.

  • Submission deadline: 15 August 2025

  • Required materials: Project plan, budget, co-financing proof, and resident-attraction strategy
