Why it matters:
Open e-auctions level the playing field—highest bid wins, no back-room deals. “Demand, competition, fair price and equal access: that’s how the state-land sub-lease market now works in Ukraine,” Agriculture Minister Vitalii Koval said, promising more lots and opportunities ahead.
